As a seasoned leader in the omnichannel and ecommerce space, I have a strong track record in the DTC/B2C space. With over 20 years of experience, I have demonstrated expertise in driving revenue growth, optimizing user experience, and leading high-performing teams.

Throughout my career, I have held key leadership positions in prominent organizations, spearheading digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives. As the Director of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce at a leader in protective eyewear and sunglasses, I successfully built and managed a team, doubling ecommerce revenue within a year and on target to achieve a forecasted 40% revenue increase for 2023. I expanded the digital marketing footprint through PPC, SEO, email marketing, and paid social, while also enhancing the website's functionality and optimizing user experience.

Previously, as the Director of B2B Digital Marketing and Ecommerce at Fruit of the Loom's Activewear Division, I led cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and lead generation. By implementing effective strategies in email marketing, social media, and organic search, I achieved significant results, including a 9% increase in overall revenue from partners using the online channel.

In my role as the Director of Ecommerce and Digital Advertising at Specialty Commerce, the leading retailer of wigs and hair extensions in the US, I managed a team of digital professionals, optimizing site management, functionality, and digital marketing efforts. During my tenure, I achieved a 20% increase in mobile conversion rate and 8% - 12% improvement in conversion through testing and personalization initiatives.

Additionally, I have a strong educational background, with a BA in English from the University of Vermont. I am also passionate about giving back to the community and have actively participated in organizations such as the Burlington American Little League and Burlington Parks and Recreation.
